Entries to win bikes are non-refundable. There is no physical product associated with purchasing an entry beyond the chance to win the bike, thus there are no returns offered.
For apparel purchases, every item is made to order and shipped from a partner facility. In general, returns and refunds are not offered. If you order a wrong size, receive a damaged item, or are generally unhappy with your purchase, these will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me and I will work with you to make sure you are happy.
