This 8″ bench grinder / buffer combo is the tool I use in conjunction with Pryme MX cleaning wheels. This simple buffer with a Pryme wheel is capable of making the most worn out and grimy parts look better than new – literally. You can find this model at your local Harbor Freight as well.
Pryme wheels on this buffer are capable of stripping paints, buffing out deep scratches and chips in metals, and providing a brilliant polished look. Prior to purchasing this buffer, I spent many hours hand polishing parts for a much worse result than this tool allows. I have spent hundreds of ours with this wheel spinning.
